When booking the below listed dates 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and 30 days advance notice is required in order to receive a refund of the deposit. For all other dates a one night deposit will be taken and 7 days advance notice is required for refund. * Please note, rooms booked inside our cancel period are not refundable if cancelled, and full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

2012 Dates:

Poker Run: September 14th - 16th, 2 Night Minimum

Fantasy Fest: Fantasy Fest: October 19th - 29th *
*NOTE: A four night minimum is required October 24th -29th.
Friday and Saturday closed to Arrive.

Parrothead: November 1st - 4th, 3 night minimum

Power Boat Races: November 8th-11th, 4 night minimum

Yearly:

New Years: December 26th – January 1st
*Note: A three night minimum is required December 29-January 1st.
No Arrivals 12/31.
