The front office is open daily between 8:30am to 10pm. All guests must be 21 years of age. If you are under 21 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Room pictures below (examples of the Palms guest rooms, décor and colors vary). All accommodations have private entrances, Air conditioning, flat screen TV’s and are NON-SMOKING. All units have their own bathrooms with the exception of one room with two queen beds located on the second floor has its own private bathroom across the hallway. For guests with pets, please see our pet policies for more information.
Check-in time is 3pm. If you arrive early, the front desk will be happy to store your luggage while you enjoy our pool or take a stroll around town. If you are going to be arriving after 10pm, please notify us by 9pm on your arrival date so we may make special arrangements for your arrival. In order to accommodate the guests arriving behind you, please depart your room by 11am.

Long Term Special Cancellation Policy: A 100% Non-Refundable deposit is required. Only certain dates apply. Promo Codes not applicable during special events.
Regular Cancellation Policy: The guest may cancel up to 14 days Prior to the reservation for only a $50 cancellation fee. If guest Cancels within the 14 days, the deposit turns to NON REFUNDABLE.
